How to dress Parisian Chic

My thoughts are relentlessly carved over my instant fascination with this gorgeous two-piece Sheinside ensemble.  As I was picking through dozens of choices over their website, I was immediately stunned after gazing at this beautiful set.  The moment I saw this piece, I thought to myself, wow! These black and white top plus pink beautifully flared midi skirt will surely make anyone Parisian chic and Parisian ready.

I have prepared 3 different looks for this beautiful two-piece Sheinside set and this is the first one.  The other two, I styled each of the separates with a different top and a different bottom to show some variation.  Please watch out for those other 2 sets which will be coming right up..

I am not quite keen about French style but thanks to the power of the WWW my visions are made real.  A lot of French style are simply pinned and laid upon one by one, I just had to choose which among the ginormous French style pieces most suit my style and the country I’m in.  Spend.Save.Splurge broke down the list on How to get a Parisian Fashion wardrobe; and I seem to have enjoyed my run through with the strongly thought out article she wrote about Parisian style.

ARS_3079 ARS_3083 ARS_3082 ARS_3081 ARS_3080This outfit nearly could be Parisian chic.. the black and white top, the almost quilted bag (Chanel-like), and the not-so-high tie-up chic heels.  The first glance I had with this chic combo I immediately quoted on my thoughts that somehow I could look like a parisienne via this outfit; now I just need you to visualize a different background.. say Champs-Élysées? 🙂

ARS_3088 ARS_3097 ARS_3095 ARS_3094 ARS_3093To better achieve a Parisian style dressing, the shoes could be traded with ballet flats and an over-sized sunnies could finish off the look.  Parisienne are known for their simple, effortless but sophisticated style of dressing, regardless of the country you’re in it’s worth all the effort to try out their way of dressing ones in a while.

I have a constant love affair for midi skirts especially if it’s in a color that I am most fascinated about… Yup you got it right, it’s PINK. 🙂 The difference between this midi skirt and the rest in my collection is that, it’s perfectly sewn with love.  The fabric of both the top and the skirt is of very high quality and quite on the heavier side (which is a good thing).

Again, if you have been a resident reader of my blog, you’ll notice that whenever I am overwhelmed with the outcome of a shoot, or how well I loved the outfit I am blogging, it’ll surely show on the amount of photos that I post. 🙂 I just can’t help it, I feel that, every snap and every take especially when the team you’re working with e.g. Photographer + HMUA are your closest friends; you’d not want any outcome to be shown only in the archives.
