Davao Photo Diary

Some time last month, I together with the brady bunch went on a short, well-deserved vacation in Davao.  I love going back to this amazing city over and over again, plus the fact that the travel did not involve any plane rides whatsoever, it made the trip more enjoyable for me.  I hate flights, as much as I love to travel, plane rides make me insane and my fear of heights just want to consume me and eat me alive.  From CDO to Davao, it’s a 6-8 hours, long drive depending on how frequent the stop-overs are whilst by plane it’s just an hour flight.  But, I couldn’t complain, I feel more safe and at ease travelling by land rather than travelling by air, that I couldn’t handle.

Here, I am sharing what took like forever to compile as I had over a thousand photos to choose from.  I had to filter the amount of photos to post as it was really overwhelming, that just goes to show that we all had fun during our stay in Davao and I’ll just let the photos speak for itself. 🙂

Also, I got overwhelmed with taking shots of the flowers & birds, not to mention the dazzling peacock who’s showing off his vibrant covert tail feathers to the peahen he’s courting.  Seeing the peacock actually making his move to a peahen is a first for me and I was in total awe.

Looking forward to another amazing travel some time soon… Hope you enjoyed hovering over these huge pile of photos.  Thank you for dropping by.. 🙂
